Message from the CEO
Fielders has a great history and legacy within Australia...and an even greater future. Whatever your reason for choosing to join us, I assure you there has never been a better time to be at Fielders. We are rapidly growing and have a number of strategies in place to ensure Fielders Steel Roofing remains the market leader of steel roll-form products nationally.
The Leadership Team is completely committed to achieving this mission through the development and retention of our staff – people are our most critical resource. Technology and machines are important assets and catalysts for growth in our industry, however, they remain a distant second to the value of talented, skilled and satisfied employees.
Currently, we have a number of very talented people – who are intelligent, dedicated and committed to the Fielders cause. However, as we grow, we require you to play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals and strategies – “Customer Service Excellence, Quality and Innovative Products and National Presence”.
These goals require commitment, teamwork, accountability and drive to succeed – without these values and attitudes we will struggle to “Build a Better Fielders”. We are beginning to change the ways we do business – we are working smarter not harder and are focused on the up-skilling and development of our people.
The Leadership Team and I are totally dedicated to upholding these values daily and fostering a culture that encourages and supports individuals in their pursuit of excellence. We are committed to communication and exchange of ideas – open, transparent communication is and will be a core part of our organisation.
Finally, Fielders is an organisation that under my guidance and the support of the Leadership Team will do what is says it will do – namely support and develop its staff, improve quality and destroy our competition.
